  • This is a bit more complicated. No you don’t have to cut alcohol but you need to know that alcohol will slow down weight loss. If you’re ok losing weight slower you can continue with moderate alcohol consumption.

  • Cardio is not necessary for weight loss. The most important part is your nutrition. However, movement is really important, so I usually have my clients walk at least 10k steps per day.
